Here at SiteForge, we have built a funnel system that sends an email to your customer at a certain time after your interactions have finished.

The funnel system politely asks for feedback on a 1-5 scale.

Any review left which is rated 3 or under is internalised so you can deal with the issue personally.

Any review left 4 and above will be directed to a review platform such as Google reviews, Facebook reviews, Trip Advisor, Yelp, Trust Pilot Ect. so they can leave a positive review.

The system can be used manually by inputting customer details manually but also has features that integrate with any system over Zapier.
